Online Therapy

This is an individual session via a telehealth video call, lasting for 60 minutes.

You will be emailed a link that will open the session in your browser, there is no requirement for you to sign up to any platform. Please ensure that you have a private space from which to join the call.
In Person Sessions

This is an individual session in a therapy room in Samford Village, lasting 60 minutes.

I will send you the office location details prior to the session. There is ample parking and several pleasant cafes in the area if you need to ground yourself after the session.

I run regular guided meditation workshops, and occasionally run specialised workshops which will be advertised through my social media and newsletters. If you are interested in attending please follow my socials (find them at the bottom of the page) or sign up to my mailing list.
Medicare Rebates
​
Currently counsellors and psychotherapists do not qualify to offer rebates through Medicare (Mental Health Plans). Below are the fees recommended by the Australian Psychological Society for psychologists that are able to rebate through Medicare, and the Medicare rebates available. Usually, you must choose whether to use the MHP rebate or private health insurance to subsidise your psychologist appointments. Rates will vary from health fund to health fund, but it is likely that my fees will be similar to or lower than the gap fee you could expect to pay to attend therapy with a Medicare rebating psychologist.

Medicare Rebate Clinical Psychologist         $141.85
Your gap fee before Private Health            $169.15 - $240.35
If accessing therapy will impact your ability to cover basic living costs please feel free to ask if I have any Sliding Scale Sessions available. The fee will usually be based on your own hourly income. If I cannot accommodate you I will offer referrals to other organisations who may be able to assist.
