Guided Meditation and Visualisation
Meditation and visualisation are powerful tools we can draw on to help us manage our thoughts and emotions. In this series of session we will construct in our minds a world of our own that we can use as a safe place we can visit any time. This is a place we can go in our imaginations to help us find calm, to process and release our emotions, and to reconnect with our deeper selves.
Create your own Inner Sanctuary that you can visit any time for calm, serenity, and reconnecting with your deeper self.
What you'll get:

1 hour experience including approximately 45 minutes of guided meditation and visualisation

Journaling and reflection time

Opportunity to share in the group about your experience

Light refreshments will be offered, please let me know if you have any dietary requirements so I can accommodate you.
Sessions are held on the last Saturday of every month (March-Nov 2025) at 10:30am at the Farmer's Hall in Samford Village, Qld. Bookings are not required, but are appreciated. Sessions are Pay What You Can, with a suggested contribution of $10-$15, or accept the session as a gift - sometimes we need nourishing most when we have the fewest resources.
